About the job | Create design solutions and experiences
You will have the responsibility of creating clear, coherent, user‑centric design solutions for our products in the Danish and Swedish markets. You will work end-to-end across the design process, moving from understanding user needs and defining problems to ideating, prototyping, testing, and iterating on solutions. You own specific features and user flows from early discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation. In close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders, you ensure that design work is tightly aligned with product strategy and company objectives. You will also work closely with developers during implementation to facilitate smooth handoffs and safeguard quality in the final product. You actively identify and propose new features and improvements to enhance usability and relevance for our users. You rely on data and product metrics to inform design decisions, validate solutions, and define what success looks like for the experiences you create. You will work hands-on with our design system, helping to evolve it and drive consistent application across products. You stay current on design trends, best practices, and competitive products within the legal industry. Finally, you will both contribute to and benefit from a cross-country European design team, meeting regularly to review work, share knowledge, and grow our craft together. You report to the Director of Group User Experience & Design. You will join an experienced team of mainly senior product designers, where design critique, knowledge sharing and craft excellence are a natural part of how we work.

You are passionate about digital product design. You thrive in complex domains and are motivated by designing powerful, yet understandable tools for specialist users. You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, seeking diverse perspectives to strengthen your solutions, and feel comfortable discussing trade-offs between user needs, technical constraints and business goals. You are comfortable giving and receiving constructive design feedback and see critique as a way to improve both your own work and the team’s overall output. You have experience with user research and usability testing and know how to translate insights into concrete design decisions. You are confident working with product metrics and understand how to define, interpret and use quantitative and qualitative data to guide and measure your designs. You are curious about, and actively experiment with, how AI tools can be integrated into your design workflow.
Besides the above you succeed in the role if you:
· Have 5+ years of proven experience as a digital Product Designer and a portfolio that demonstrates your skills and impact.
· Have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility.
· Are proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern design and collaboration tools.
· Are experienced in working with design systems in your daily practice
· Communicate design ideas, concepts and rationale clearly to both designers and non-designers.
· Do not necessarily have experience with legal systems, but you have the motivation and persistence to learn a complex domain and design for expert users.
· Are comfortable using English as your primary working language.
