About the job | You own the strategy, the content, and the day-to-day management of Karnov Group’s Trust Center
You own the content, accuracy, and governance of Karnov Group’s new Trust Center. Your primary role is centered around owning and optimizing the end-to-end process for handling customer security and compliance inquiries, including questionnaires, RFIs/RFPs, and due diligence. You maintain and improve a central repository of standard responses, evidence, and supporting materials (e.g., certifications, policies, audit reports) in the Trust Center and you coordinate with policy owners to update documentation where gaps or inconsistencies are identified through customer interactions. You ensure consistent, compliant, and aligned customer-facing responses across teams, including clear review and approval workflows for high‑risk/strategic cases. You naturally collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, and Operations to keep all responses accurate and up to date. You participate in customer meetings to clearly explain our security and compliance posture in a non-technical way when needed. You train and enable Sales, Customer Success, and other go‑to‑market teams on how to position and communicate our security and compliance capabilities. You ensure alignment between contractual commitments, internal controls, and all external communication and you establish and maintain review and approval workflows for responses to high‑risk or strategic customers.
You report to Group Chief Information Security Officer (Group CISO). Your location can be either Madrid, Paris, Stockholm, or Copenhagen, but it is important that you are able to work out of one of the above cities.
