About the job | Driving product strategy and roadmap | Driving core KPI’s

You are responsible for the product strategy and roadmap. You work closely with internal stakeholders on capacity, prioritisation and delivery cadence. You drive integration of advanced AI capabilities and relevant data sources, ensuring compliance, accuracy, security and performance. You ensure direct engagement and co-development with key customer segments, use‑case segmentation, and product–market fit validation across multiple European jurisdictions. You are accountable for product KPI’s and align the roadmap with business objectives. You report to the CPO and work closely with Technology, Commercial and Insights leaders, while building and leading a high-performing product organisation around AI workflow solutions.

About you | Combining tech, legal, commercial and operational thinking

You use your proven experience and your demonstrated ability to move from Minimal Viable Product into scaled commercial product alongside building and nurturing a high-performing team of product development and product management specialists. You create an environment where product teams can excel through clear objectives and empowerment. You leverage your strong AI product fluency and utilize your familiarity with content-led as well as workflow-led legal tech platforms. You excel in communicating to and navigating among various stakeholders on executive level and with peers in the Technology and Commercial functions. You apply your strong user understanding when shaping portfolio-level strategies and ensuring the workflow product line and roadmap address real user needs and support growth ambitions.

Besides the above you succeed in the role if you have:

• 7–12+ years experience in B2B SaaS product leadership

• A strong background in workflow, productivity or AI-enabled platforms

• Experience working in or with legal tech

• Proven success leading cross-functional product teams in a scale-up / high-growth environment

• Experience shipping products in multiple European markets
