You will be responsible for leading and running several projects, all of which impact our business across the entire Group.

The most important tasks in the role are:

• Project management incl. resource management, risk management, stakeholder management, etc.
• Alignment with the various track leads in the project.
• Ongoing reporting to the Steering group.
• Documentation of progress, decisions, etc.

You report to the Director of Product Management and Project Portfolio.

About you | Strong collaboration skills | Persistent | Determined

You bring your strong international and digital project management experience into play when navigating among various stakeholders. Your projects will focus on Region North, but some will also impact the entire Karnov Group. You are most successful in the role when you listen to and understand different perspectives, but at the same time, act upon and make decisions to secure that all projects are delivered according to the plan. To do so, you use your excellent communication capabilities and strong collaboration skills when working across borders and within different cultures in the Group.

It is an advantage if you have:

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager performing international digital projects.
• Experience from an international role and from having worked with different cultures.
• Experience from reporting to a Steering group and collaborating with many stakeholders.
