You will be responsible for managing the work and deliveries of a platform enablement team consisting of eight developers and architects, plus a team lead. You will work closely with the team lead and interact extensively with four additional product teams.

The most important tasks in the role are:

• Manage the work and capacity planning for a platform enablement team.
• Align roadmap, projects, and initiatives with your PM colleagues and tech leaders.
• Streamline the work, remove blockers and issues, and facilitate strong collaboration within and outside the team.

You report to the Director of Product Management and Project Portfolio.

You are a structured and communicative product manager who thrives in complex technical environments. You understand how SaaS platforms work and are structured from a technical perspective. That is based on your engineering background or experience managing complex platforms in your career. You are also outgoing and can bring the “behind the scenes” capabilities of the platforms to the business stakeholders so they understand the value of the work the team does. You can bridge product value and business viability with technical feasibility to ensure we prioritize the best possible solutions for our customers.

Necessary qualifications:

• +5 years of experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Solution Architect.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
• Experience from an international role and working with different cultures. Our Tech, Product, and UX & Design division, which has 65 people, has 17 nationalities represented.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
