About the job | Risk Assessment & Management | Security Policy Development

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our company's information security measures, protecting sensitive data, and developing and supporting end-user client platforms and public cloud infrastructure in our effort to constantly secure and increase the level of security. You will assess risks, develop security policies, monitor, report and respond to security incidents across various environments. You will be working closely together with our Cloud, Service Desk and CISO office/Compliance teams. You develop, implement, review, update and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards together with CISO office. You Implement and manage technical security solutions and tools.

About You | Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

You bring your proven experience as an Information Security Specialist or similar role into play alongside your experience with risk assessment, security policy development, and incident response. You apply your strong understanding of network, client and public cloud security principles, cyber threat landscape, and security technologies and you are proficient with security tools and technologies. You apply your strong collaboration skills when collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure cohesive security practices across the organization. Besides that you apply your strong communication skills when communicating security-related findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. You leverage your experience with Security Awareness and Training when you develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on security best practices and protocols. You utilize your strong interpersonal skills when you provide guidance and support on securely configuring and using client platforms. Lastly you leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills when you support and participate in managing cloud security configurations, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and protection.

Besides the above you succeed in the role if you have

• A bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are beneficial.
• Experience with end-user client platforms and public cloud infrastructure security.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and with securing cloud environments.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identify and address security concerns.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Azure and ore Google Certified Security, or other relevant security certifications.

• Experience in a diverse range of industries or environments and knowledge of remote work security practices and secure DevOps practices is nice but not fully needed.
